Refund Policy

CertifyALot operates on a credit-based system designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Credit Usage
Credits are consumed only when certificates are successfully generated.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if credits were deducted due to a verified system error.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- User-uploaded incorrect data
- Unused credits
- Change of mind
3. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted via email with relevant details.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
